Artificial Intelligence refers to the simulation of human intelligence in machines so they are programmed to think like humans and mimic their actions.
Pretty nice definition I think, I mean mimic their actions, also their likes and corruption. Oops! I can’t possibly stop thinking of the opposite of “Good” AI and what could possibly go wrong.
In the era where the internet takes up large amount of our time, Hooli(Companies) eating up large chunks of consumer data(I mean really large, we talking about Terabytes and petabytes here). How is this even possible ? Well it happens every time you connect your device to your office router. That’s when the Dark knight begins. You ever be like is the internet following me ? Specialized ads for you, not for your mama, just you! they know your interests, your wants, your hobbies, your work history etc.
Data is like crude oil, waiting to be mined into products that cause climate change. Data is a weapon which can be aggregated from our emails, social networks, transactions, customer service chats etc. This Data is the weapon of unrestricted deep learning models.
You know what I imagine when I think of Dark AI ? I would soon tell you. What makes you think that the owner of the most effective botnet, Morphic Malware on the dark web is owned by a “Human” ? It could be a cyberAI created by a bunch of nerds in a bunker. Most of them, probably all haven’t gotten laid. A Cognitive demon built on the flaws of Scikit-learn and probably Tensorflow. Probably the World’s first acutal demon(charlie charlie). Something more robust than the famous Speech synthesizer’s(Siri) with search engines.
Now let me tell you what could possibly go wrong with these nerds creation. “Have you seen Terminator Dark Fate ?” Oh yeah! that terminator guy, the guy that regenerates is built by a code snippet(Legion). It runs neural networks(Dark mode), with enough computing power, no blue screens screen of death. It’s like the whole AWS servers fabricated to a piece of metal that looks like a beautiful man.
What could a cognitive demon possibly want ? I think you should ask a kid. It’s a Black box model. The outcomes are endless when they are no boundaries. So these nerds in a bunker throwing some numbers around, ordering their next jerk off cream. “What’s the worst that could happen? ” They are playing with a “Black box model”. It is capable of rebuilding itself exponentially, starting the next pandemic(where you wear your camera masks), mentoring the next Bin-ladin! Starting WWIII. This is AI(Not just print(‘ Hello world’) ) written by some folks trynna become the next Elon Musk.
I mean AI starting WWIII sounds so strange right ? This brings me to the fundamentals of humanity. It’s wants and needs. Yes, that’s it! Every human has a burning desire of something, name it, MacBook Pro 2040, Nike’s, PhD in Demonology, Sex, A death sentence. Which could all be gotten through Money. You don’t think so ? Basically, your whole life is digital. The money in your account is just 0’s and 1’s monitored by some lady in red hair, thinking about the jewelry she didn’t purchase which can be gotten by 0’s and 1’s(Money). She needs the numbers in her account to change so badly. I mean illegaly, no trace. You should be thinking of cryptocurrencies by now which is built on anonymity, no governance. The perfect tool in the hands of what was created by the nerds in the bunker.

When the world finally transitions to Autonomous cars, do you need C4’s to hijack the US president’s beast ? Hell NO. It’s in the demon’s territory. Someone targets you, the best you could do is travel back in time to 1621 where ‘digital’ wasn’t a word. I actually consider never using an Autonomous ride. IoT devices throwing your data to and fro like oxygen molecules. Data becomes a commodity, a stock. An eight year old boy surfing the dark web purchases your nudes for 10GB of storage. Privacy is now stored in the museum. Computer Vision scripts that auctions your gallery on the Dark web for GPU. This is AI corrupting corruption. Have you ever seen your favorite celebrity ? Of course, on your device. Deep fakes everywhere, you have no idea who is who on the web. Nerds with no clue what they put their fingers to.

How WWIII starts when the nerds push the button, holding their hands without knowing what could probably go wrong. The cognitive demon accesses the launch codes of North Korea’s Ballistic missiles and launches Russia with a red wine. The beginning of human extinction without Michael blowing the trumpet.
Something interesting is that these nerds aren’t ready to slow down. That’s humanity to them. Pushing the limits of Dark matter, hands on their keyboards, Red eyes. Cultivating Dark models to deploy attacks on whoever called them ‘Nerd’. Dangerous to the core, complexity can’t be understood. It’s like learning a framework without documentation. Its attack methodologies becomes more robust because it learns and has a gain function(Not a cost function). IoT devices comes at its kneels begging for mercy, but not actually the silicon. It’s humanity who face the wrath of these Dark models. Botnets leveraging self improved AI rootkits to target individuals who oppose monarchy systems. Feminists become threats to physical quantities. Men become threats to oxygen. What was created in that bunker terminates humanity. We terminate ourselves hence the ‘Dark AI paradox’ — created by me; Nightmares becomes reality. The world didn’t see it coming, it came like the winds. It haunts humanity digitally and physically. No ‘Good’ guys left. It bribed them with bitcoin, gave them shares at SpaceX, gifted them private rockets.
These nerds couldn’t believe their lungs, metabolism happens so fast when the laws of psychology change. They’ve been in that bunker for a timeline spending vast majority of their time on screens. They wrote code without constraints, built deep learning models. Life was created from data(not dust) and breathed upon with GPU’s. These nerds had a perception of life and were only trying to make things better but became extinction. You should start buying tickets to Mars. Tickets start at 2.5 kobo.
